Core and More Fitness Class In-Person and New Virtual Class Added!
In-Person - Tuesday from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm, ET

Creative Studios, Wellness Room 3W-132

  • Associates of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to attend! Dress in comfortable clothes, bring your water, and we'll provide the equipment. This class focuses on core strength and total body fitness, with variations to suit every participant's fitness level. Join us on Tuesdays and end your workday with movement, you won’t regret it!

    If you would like to participate, please complete the Workers Compensation Form and bring it with you to class.

New Friday Virtual Class at 12:00 pm, ET!

  • We're excited to add a virtual option to our lineup, making it easier than ever to stay active and engaged. Join us from wherever you are!

Meditation: A Midday Moment of Calm

Wednesdays from 12:10 pm until 12:30 pm, ET
Location: Wellness Room, 3W-132

  • Join us for in-person meditation sessions to experience the benefits of mindfulness. Meditation helps improve focus, boost mood, reduce stress, and prevent burnout. If you’re new, please complete the Workers Compensation Form and bring it to the session.

Virtual YOGA with Angee Mantell
Thursday's from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm, ET
Chair YOGA: Friday's from 12:00 pm until 12:30 om, ET

  • Yoga is a fantastic way to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance strength and balance. Modifications are offered for all skill levels, so everyone feels welcome.

    • Thursday YOGA: Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
    • Friday Chair YOGA: All you need is a chair and comfortable clothing.

  • Both classes are taught by licensed YOGA instructor and former AG associate Angela Mantell. To sign up, email angeemantell@gmail.com with your name, email, and the class(es) you’d like to attend.
